Redeem coupon codes to add credits to your Float16 account.

Applying a Coupon

From the Coupon Page

1. Navigate to Settings > Coupon
2. Enter your coupon code in the text field
3. Click Apply Coupon
4. Credits will be added to your account

From the Dashboard

You can also access the Coupon page from the Dashboard:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click Apply Coupon in the Resource section
3. Enter your coupon code and apply

Coupon History

View all coupons you've applied:

1. Go to Settings > Coupon
2. Scroll down to Coupon History
3. See:
   • Coupon Code
   • Amount
   • Status
   • Applied Date
   • Expiry Date

Credit Expiry

Coupon credits may have expiration dates:

• Check the Expiry Date in your credit history
• Use credits before they expire
• View credit status in Payment > Credit tab

Troubleshooting

Invalid Coupon Code

• Check for typos (codes are case-sensitive)
• Verify the coupon hasn't expired
• Some coupons may be single-use

Coupon Already Used

• Each coupon code typically works once per account
• Contact support if you believe there's an error
